I purchased this telescope used off Astromart. I intend to use it for a grab and go. It has a very smooth all metal 1.25 inch Rack and Pinion focuser. The front objective lens cell is not collimateable however, initial star tests indicate the collimation to be pretty decent. More than adequate for the wide field capabilities I intend to use it for.

I opted to stay with a red dot finder on this scope. As a grab and go, any other finder would have been to bulky. I intend to use this refractor under very dark North Dakota skies. The red dot will work out nicely. The focuser has an integrated mounting shoe and I will be able to remove the finder for transport.
